FrictionPass delivers digital Apple Wallet passes. Your pass is delivered electronically via a download link sent to your email address and available on your order confirmation page. Delivery is considered complete when the download link is issued.
Because passes are digital products generated and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final. Refunds are at FrictionPass's sole discretion and are considered only in cases of verified non-delivery or technical failure on our end. We do not issue refunds because you changed your mind, entered incorrect information, or no longer wish to use the product.
FrictionPass is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Apple Wallet functionality is subject to Apple's platform terms and policies, which are outside our control.
You may not use FrictionPass to create passes containing false, misleading, or fraudulent contact information, or to impersonate another individual or organization.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
