FrictionPass is operated by ERP Crossroads LLC.

What we collect

When you build a Social Card or a Social Card (Legacy), we collect:

• The contact information you enter — name, title, company, phone numbers, email address, website, and any other fields you fill in
• Your email address, used to send your download and edit links
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe; FrictionPass never sees or stores your card number or payment credentials

How we use it

Your information is used solely to generate and deliver your digital pass. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it for any purpose other than operating the service you purchased.

Retention

How long we keep your data depends on the order type:

• Standard orders: your pass and associated data are available for 30 days from purchase, then purged automatically.
• Card Editor orders (companion pass opt-in): your pass and contact data are retained indefinitely so you can re-download and edit your card at any time.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We do not control Stripe's data practices.

Your rights

To request deletion of your data before the automatic purge window, email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout. We'll confirm deletion within 5 business days.
