I closed the page before adding the pass to my Wallet.
Check your confirmation email — it has a permanent download link. Can't find the email? Write us at [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout.
I deleted the pass from my Wallet.
Open your confirmation email and tap the download link again — it re-installs the pass in one tap. The link is valid for 30 days from purchase (Card Editor orders are kept indefinitely).
I need to update the information on my card.
If you purchased the Card Editor option, your edit link is in your confirmation email and on the back of your Card Editor pass. Changes push directly to your Wallet — no re-download needed.
The pass isn't showing up in my Wallet.
Open the download link in Safari on your iPhone — other browsers can't install Wallet passes directly. Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" when prompted. If Wallet notifications aren't appearing, go to Settings → Wallet & Apple Pay → tap your pass → enable Notifications.
I'm on Android — how do notifications and quick access work in Google Wallet?
When you save your card, Google Wallet shows a notifications checkbox. Leave this checkbox enabled to receive notifications from your FrictionPass card.
You can get to your FrictionPass by double-clicking your power button, then tapping Open Wallet. If double-clicking the power button opens your camera instead, you can change this (Pixel 8 or later) under Settings > System > Gestures > Double Press Power Button, and choose Wallet.
