π« Live pilot at Tampa Executive Airport (KTPA)
Your whole airport,
always up to date, in every passenger's pocket.
A single QR at check-in, a gate sign, or a kiosk saves a real wallet pass β Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, whichever the passenger already has. From there, it opens a live wayfinding page covering gates, food, shops, parking, baggage claim, transportation, restrooms, ATMs, water fountains, and lounges β the whole property, not just what fits on a boarding pass.

What passengers get
One page. The whole property.
π
Full terminal directory
Search or browse by category β Gates, Food, Shops, Parking, Baggage Claim, Transportation, Restrooms, ATMs, Water Fountains, Lounges β every point of interest the property has, kept current.

Crowdsourced wait times
Passengers passing through security or a checkpoint can report how long the line actually took β live estimates build from real, recent reports, never a guess or a stale published number.
π
Connected airport network
Flying through more than one FrictionPass-mapped airport? The pass links straight to sister facilities in the network β one save covers every stop on the itinerary.
π§ Coming soon: approximate walk time between two points on the property (e.g. gate to gate) β an honest estimate that always says so plainly, never presented as turn-by-turn routing.
How the service works
We map it. We keep it accurate.
Airport and venue data goes stale fast β new shops open, gates get renumbered, construction moves a restroom. FrictionPass runs an initial full-property survey, then returns on a scheduled maintenance cadence to keep every listing correct β the ongoing accuracy is the service, not a one-time import.
Every point of interest can also be reported and corrected on-site by real visitors through the same QR network passengers already use to save their pass β a second, continuous accuracy signal alongside our own survey visits.
