How do members get their cards?
Upload your member list via CSV or add members one at a time in the portal. Each member receives a download link to add their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet instantly — one tap, no app download required.
Can we collect dues through FrictionPass?
Yes. All tiers include Stripe-powered dues collection. Members pay online, you receive funds directly to your connected bank account. FrictionPass charges no platform fee — Stripe's standard processing rate applies.
